Brockwell Park is hosting a weekly and non-competitive 5km run, so head down and start your weekend off with a rush of adrenaline. Although the run is not competitive, you can find out your time each week, providing you have registered with the team. All you have to do is visit http://www.parkrun.org.uk/brockwell/, and don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode on the day. So, whatever your pace you’ll enjoy a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and be able to keep fit in the process.
