Celebrate World Book Night with Southwark Libraries

Follow the Southwark Libraries team around the borough as they give out free books as part of World Book Night 2015, an event that sees passionate volunteers give out hundreds of thousands of books in their communities to share their love of reading with people who don’t read regularly or own books. World Book Night is run by The Reading Agency, a national charity that inspires people to become confident and enthusiastic readers. Follow @SouthwarkLib on Twitter to see exactly where they will be heading. The day will start at 4pm outside Peckham Library for half an hour and then the team will be heading off to Dulwich, Camberwell, Elephant and Castle and possibly other locations if they still have any books left to give!
