I just wanted to follow up my resent move out of 10 Juniper House with a note on my experience with yourselves and JT Clarke London. I have rented property in London since I first moved here over 20 years ago. In that time, I have had to deal with many property management companies and estate agents and I have experienced the good, bad and downright awful. Renting in London can be tough and very expensive and the service I have generally experienced has not been very good in my view. However, my dealings with yourselves and JT Clarke London have been quite the opposite, an absolute delight and pleasure, I have found you honest, kind, understanding, easy going and professional. I would highly recommend using JT Clarke London, especially Jason and his team in Peckham.

I am very happy with the service I have received from JT Clarke thus far. What Jason promised during our first conversation was 'complete peace of mind', and that is what has been delivered. The team there has looked after my property well, found good tenants for me, and has engaged in just the right amount of contact with me, i.e. you call when a decision has to be made, or you have some important news. I know it can be a bit difficult to get hold of me at times, and I thank the team for your persistence in this. So far there has been only one minor crisis (touch wood) when I had water leaking from the flat above.
Kristina was on the case straight away, and did everything she could to bring about a swift resolution.
I have also heard praise from Alastair, my outgoing tenant. He described J.T. Clarke as ' the nicest estate agents I have ever dealt with'. So it is good to hear that all parties are happy.

The best agents I've dealt with
'I approached Jason and JT Clarke approximately a year ago and instructed them to rent out my flat in Peckham, which they managed to do so in 2 weeks! Since that initial instruction, I have gone back repeatedly to Jason and his team on all matters relating to my property - from managing the property to subsequently instructing them 2 months ago to sell the flat.
